Clinical Outcomes

The focus of this section is to publish evidence from clinical outcomes studies that may address new methods of patient care, new diagnostic tools, or critical healthcare needs that deserve additional study and should be examined by readers of Health Outcomes Research in Medicine. The goal of the Clinical Outcomes Section is to advance our knowledge of patient diagnosis and treatment, particularly by linking information from traditional or novel clinical diagnostic measures with those typically used in health outcomes research, such as patient-reported outcomes. Also of interest is the examination of the cost effectiveness of changes in patient care or challenges associated with these changes.
